Owen Dashner is a full-time real estate investor, entrepreneur, hard money lender, speaker, and co-host of The Kash & Dash Show, a nationally recognized podcast featuring honest conversations with entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders from across the country.
After spending nearly 20 years building a successful corporate career in recruiting and program management for Fortune 100 companies, Owen made the decision to leave the corporate world and pursue his passion for real estate investing full time. What began with a single house flip while working a demanding corporate job evolved into a career centered on building businesses, investing in real estate, and helping other investors succeed.
Today, Owen has more than 17 years of real estate investing experience and has built a diverse portfolio that spans residential flips, rental properties, multifamily apartments, mixed-use developments, office buildings, hotel conversions, ground-up construction, and alternative assets such as car washes. He owns and operates more than 300 rental units and continues to acquire, develop, and invest in projects throughout the Midwest and beyond.
In 2020, Owen co-founded Liquid Lending Solutions, one of the Midwest’s leading direct hard money lending companies. Through its 506(c) real estate debt fund, Liquid Lending Solutions provides accredited investors with opportunities to invest in senior collateralized real estate loans while also financing residential and commercial real estate investors throughout the region.
Owen is also the co-host of The Kash & Dash Show, where he and Ted Kaasch have produced more than 300 episodes featuring entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders. The podcast has grown into one of the Top 2% of active podcasts worldwide, according to Listener Notes, by focusing on authentic conversations that go beyond business strategies to explore the stories, setbacks, and defining moments behind successful people.
Known for his analytical mindset and passion for education, Owen enjoys helping investors understand not only how to build wealth through real estate but also how to think like long-term business owners. Whether discussing creative financing, multifamily acquisitions, private lending, or entrepreneurship, his goal is to simplify complex topics into practical advice people can apply immediately.
Outside of business, Owen enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, traveling, boating, reading, working out, and continually investing in personal growth. A lifelong learner, he is an avid reader, podcast listener, and believer that consistent self-improvement is one of the greatest investments anyone can make. He also has a love-hate relationship with golf and freely admits the game has taught him as much about humility as it has about patience.
