TED KAASCH (KASH)

Ted Kaasch is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, business owner, speaker, author, and co-host of The Kash & Dash Show, a nationally recognized podcast featuring honest conversations with entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders from across the country.

An Omaha native, Ted has built his career around creating businesses, investing in people, and helping others achieve financial freedom. What started with a passion for real estate has grown into a diverse portfolio of companies, investments, and leadership roles across multiple industries.

Since becoming licensed in 2015, Ted has served as an Associate Real Estate Broker with Realty ONE Group Sterling, specializing in helping real estate investors buy, sell, and grow their investment portfolios. His firsthand experience as an investor allows him to provide practical guidance backed by real-world experience.

Ted is the owner and operator of the Omaha Real Estate Investors Association, one of the Midwest’s leading real estate investing communities. Since taking over the organization in 2020, he has continued to grow its educational programming, networking opportunities, and community, helping connect investors, entrepreneurs, and business professionals throughout the region.

In addition to his real estate career, Ted is a partner in Aligned Title & Escrow, owner of Louisville Car Wash, and an active real estate investor. His experience includes home flipping, long-term rentals, and operating successful Airbnb properties, where he has earned Airbnb Superhost status. He also invests alongside partners in several other businesses as a limited partner while continually pursuing new entrepreneurial opportunities.

Ted is also the co-host of The Kash & Dash Show, where he and Owen Dashner have produced more than 300 episodes featuring entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders. The podcast has grown into one of the Top 2% of active podcasts worldwide, according to Listener Notes, by focusing on authentic conversations that explore not only success stories but also the failures, pivotal moments, and lessons behind them.

Passionate about building communities, Ted is currently writing his first book on how to start and grow a successful networking organization. Drawing from his experience leading the Omaha Real Estate Investors Association, the book will provide practical strategies for building communities that create meaningful relationships and lasting business opportunities.

Outside of business, Ted’s greatest passion is his family. He and his wife, Jessica, a lifelong teacher with Westside Community Schools, are raising two entrepreneurial and sports-minded children. Their son, Carson, is an aspiring football player who has even been featured on The Kash & Dash Show, while their daughter, Skylar, already enjoys creating small businesses, from selling custom cups for Omaha Real Estate Investors Association members to running a lemonade stand at networking events.

Ted is actively involved in coaching his children’s football, basketball, and volleyball teams and enjoys giving back to the community through his local church, Westside schools, youth athletics, and organizations that help young people and entrepreneurs succeed.

Whether he’s advising clients, investing in businesses, recording a podcast, speaking at events, or mentoring entrepreneurs, Ted believes that strong relationships are the foundation of every successful business. His mission is to connect people, create opportunities, and help others build businesses, wealth, and lasting impact.
